The fish that fell to earth

Here in Denmark we still strive through gale force winds and there is no chance of getting out to fish. The weather report at least a week ahead says rough western wind and rain on and off.

The wind was so hard that my little trout whirly gig was torn down from the tree it had been hanging in for a few years. And not only that, but one of the propellers broke! So now the fish is on my desk, and I'll have to scout around for a new propeller before my fish will whirl again.



PS: I was originally going to name this blog entry "Distaster", but seen in the light of the terrible tsunami in Asia, I found that to be very in bad taste and an insult to the people stricken by the recent catastrophe. I was in London the days after the disaster and had full tv coverage through BBC and CNN. The impressions left in my mind from that will probably last forever.
Make sure these people get money to reconstruct their lives, homes and countries and support them with whatever funds you can spare.
