83. Turks and Caicos Bonefishing - An afternoon fish hunt aboard the bone collector. Sam's 7lb bonefish was the highlight. With a lemon shark seen moments earlier, we decided to focus on a safe release rather then digging out the video camera below deck. We hope to begin tagging these bonefish, to help better understand how often a released fish discharging pheromones will become lunch once in deeper water on the low tide. Satellite tags on mature bonefish is the next step in learning about these prehistory ghosts of the flats. On these particular conditions we had a full moon high tide and wind working together. With these conditions we were able to push a few miles into this relatively shallow canal. A spot that you can only fish a couple times a year. Long story short the fish were hungry and far from wary. - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

84. Rainbow Rhapsody - Part 1 - They are called rainbows for only one reason, and in this first part of Rainbow Rhapsody angler Rich Jorgensen and filmmaker Joe Daniel travel to what surely must be Mecca for rainbow trout - the famed rivers of Alaska's Bristol Bay watershed. It's early season so the smolt run is still on and the guys throw streamers to big bows on the Copper River and American Creek. Rich also finds some righteous dry fly action for trophy-size grayling on the Kijak. It's all about messin' around in boats and planes, and being pampered by five star comfort at Rainbow River Lodge. Did we say Mecca? Maybe we meant Nirvana. - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

85. Shakey Beeley Slate Drake (Isonychia) Soft Hackle - Featured in this fly tying tutorial is an absolute fish-catching soft hackle fly called the Shakey Beeley, care of Blue Ribbon Flies and Mr. Nick Nicklas. As explained in this video, there is a great story accompanying the fly, though the line between fact and fiction is a tad grey. Regardless, this pattern has earned a place in many fly boxes for its ability to imitate various insects, from emerging mayflies to drowned stoneflies. In this tutorial, I explain the techniques to tie the Shakey Beeley as an Isonychia, aka Slate Drake, plus a few methods to fish the pattern, as well. Feel free to modify this fly to match the natural insects on your home (or traveled to!) waters. Featured in this fly tying tutorial are the N202 hooks by Allen Fly Fishing; be sure to check out these hooks and many others at the following link: http://www.allenflyfishing.com/n202-nymph-dry-fly/ Additionally featured in this tutorial is hen hackle from Clearwater Hackle; please check out that hackle and many others at the following link: http://www.clearwaterhackle.com/mature-hens/ Thanks for viewing this YouTube fly tying tutorial for the Shakey Beeley; feel free to leave comments/questions on this page, or email me: tcammisa@gmail.com - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

90. Bob's Banger - In 2012 Hurricane Sandy devastated the New Jersey coastal communities. Island Beach State Park was washed over by the storm surge. 11 years earlier Bob Popovics of The Salt Water Fly Rodders in Sea Side NJ, set out to explore the evolution of the Banger with film maker Brian Schneider. Also on hand, Shell E Caris and Richie Zola. I am dedicating this production to New Jersey State, its people and waters we all call home. I present this in-tribute to those most hurt in New Jersey, "Bob's Banger". In hopes that someone will see this video and appreciate the wonders of our coastline and the mission to rebuild it, New Jersey Style... Bob Popovics hosts a wonderful video about the fly we all know as the "Bob's Banger". Easily one of Bob's most recognized creations to evolve from his fly tying vice. Bob's approach to saltwater fly tying is unique, practical and deadly effective. Produced with Brian Schneider - This video was issued the directors award at the Black Mariah Film Festival. I decided to release this never before seen video, because our state (NJ) is so wonderful. I grew up fishing along the Jersey Shore and like many know most of it like the back of my hand. Because of Bob - I picked up a fly rod and learned how to cast, tie flies and seek salt water adventures. Many friends and families have lost so much, I wanted to take a moment to release a wonderful video Bob and I made together. Here's to you NJ, Hurricane Sandy may have destroyed much of our material things, hurt businesses and families lost homes and more. But we are still here and we will rebuild. I hope you enjoy this video, feel free to share it with your friends! All Rights Reserved. Brian The Wahoo - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher
