34. TC's Caddis Pupa - In this fly tying tutorial, I showcase the stage prior to a caddisfly becoming an adult, the pupal stage. This fly, TC's Caddis Pupa, has various materials representing the major characteristics of a caddis pupa, and I encourage you to try others to fool trout and grayling in your area. I also feature a special method of utilizing cdc as legs, which is by incorporating the use of a dubbing loop (though I recommend this method for more intermediate tyers). Featured in this fly tying tutorial are the N205BL hooks by Allen Fly Fishing, which are a thin wire and offset. The hooks are perfect for representing both the larva and pupa stages of the caddis, plus many other insects. Feel free to view these hooks at the following link: http://www.allenflyfishing.com/n205bl-caddis-pupa-and-larva-offset-point/ Thanks for viewing this fly tying tutorial; feel free to leave any comments on this YouTube page or email me: tcammisa@gmail.com - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

36. Madison Guide Cripple - When researching some dry fly patterns for my trip to Montana a few years ago, I came across this pattern that would double as a mayfly or caddis emerger. This pattern was originated by Craig Matthews out of the Blue Ribbon Flies Shop in West Yellowstone. I have been more willing to try more cripple patterns since I have fished this one. It will always have a place in my fly box. Tying: Jared Plisko - www.brooksbrownsandbows.com Film and Editing: Nick Cramer - www.agtv.net - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

38. Spokane River Special - This caddis emerger pattern is an effective way to seek out trout in a larger body of water. This fly acts as an attractor emerger during a caddis hatch. The best way to fish this fly is by quartering it downstream and swinging it in a 2 or even 3 fly tandem rig. A twitched upstream retrieve following the swing will produce hard strikes, as it will resemble an adult diver caddis as well as the emerging adult making its way to the surface. - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

40. Special K Caddis - The Special K Caddis is truly a "double duty" fly. Combining a Tungsten bead and Ultra Wire onto an AFF N304 hook makes this fly sink like a rock. This fly can either imitate a caddis larva when fished on the bottom of a river or a caddis pupa beginning its emergence stage of its life cycle. This fly is most effective beginning in early spring through late summer. The fly also can be used as an excellent attractor pattern with its chartreuse color wire and its emergence dubbing. Tie some up and see for yourself how effective it can be. To view RK's Fly Design complete fly collection Visit www.facebook.com/RKsFlyDesign - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher
