61. Utah Killer Bug - In this fly tying tutorial, I wanted to share a fly given to me by my buddy Tom, the Utah Killer Bug. This fly can represent a myriad of insects depending on how you tie it. From the crane fly larva to scud, this pattern tied in a nondescript color seems to simply look like a bug (especially when it's wet!). There are a couple variations shown at the end, plus you can always make this pattern into a soft hackle, which can then touch on the caddis spectrum. Tom, thanks for sharing this pattern! Mentioned in the introduction of this video was a shout-out to the Eldredge Brothers Fly Shop; this is a shop that offers incredible seminars throughout the year. Please check out their site (and ask to be included on the email list) @: http://eldredgeflyshop.com/ Thanks for viewing this YouTube fly tying tutorial; feel free to leave questions/comments directly on this page, or email me: tcammisa@gmail.com - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

62. Craig Mathews' X-Caddis - For this tutorial, I am tying the X-Caddis, a pattern developed by Craig Mathews that represents the emerging or cripple-caddis. This pattern can be adapted to represent your natural caddis, though I have also varied it by adding a cdc underwing. This pattern is one I recommend when fishing in pressured waters, due to its realistic imitation of the natural. Thanks for viewing, and feel free to post any comments/questions on this page, or email me: tcammisa@gmail.com - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

66. Tabou Caddis, Holsinger's Fly Shop - Here is a slightly different way to tie the Tabou Caddis than the standard pattern. I tie it slightly different in that I leave out the ribbing and use some extra chickabou feathers to get the look that I desired. That's the great thing about fly tying you may not always have the "standard" materials or know all the techniques but that doesn't mean the fish will like it any less. Hope you enjoy it and you can get the Soft Hackle Chickabou capes to tie this fly on our website @ http://holsingersflyshop.com. And as always please like us on facebook and subscribe to our YouTube Channel. - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher
