11. Fishing South Water Caye Belize - Video montage of a great week we spent in late 2011 staying at Pelican Beach Resort, South Water Caye in Belize. The fishing here is super accessible with tailing bones right in front of your private bungalow style accommodation, you could even see them from the comfort of your own bed. The large flat on the western side was loaded with mid sized Bonefish and my partner and 6 month old daughter could watch me roam the skinny waters from the comfort of the balcony. The Bones on this flat were pretty spooky and had obviously seen their share of fisherman in the past, that said however they rolled over for the right presentation. The reef front was also home to plenty of Snapper, Barracuda and Triggerfish. Wandering the Caye North would also no doubt uncover a Permit or too. While you could spend a week self guiding on foot from the comfort of your accommodation, local guides are also available to hit the numerous atolls in the area for Permit, Tarpon and more Bones. This place is the perfect family destination for the fishing fanatic who has to balance family and fishing! Best of all it is at a reasonable price! - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

12. Blue-Winged Olive Comparadun (BWO with Snowshoe Rabbit Feet) - In this video, I tie a simple, yet effective pattern known as the BWO Comparadun that can imitate various stages of the mayfly. The stage I tie closely resembles the dun, but can also be easily modified into the emerger or spinner stage. One of the materials used is Snowshoe Rabbit Feet for the wing, which is a material that helps to maintain a superior buoyancy with the fly. This material can also be substituted with cdc for similar results, though you may want to select a material that works best in the style water you will be fishing. Throughout this video, I suggest ways that you can tie this fly to represent your local mayflies, and offer suggestions on modifications to imitate other stages. As always, thanks for all of the views and comments on my other videos. Good luck tying this pattern, and feel free to post any questions/suggestions on this site, or email: tcammisa@gmail.com - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

19. Moen Invitational 2012 - Nice video from Danish island Moen. Some spin fishing, but also lots of fly-fishing. In Danish with subtitles. We started what is going to be an annual event, it is all about competing in a friendly manner and just enjoy the beautiful surroundings on the lovely Island of Møn. The competition includes much more than "just" catching the biggest fish. We tried to make many challenges that could be done while time was spent on the beach, taking a break from casting your fly in the water. example could be tying a fly on your leader blindfolded, pet a dog, find 3 eatable plants by the water, finding fossils and lots more. We invited the creators and members of 2 different danish fishing blogs because we wanted it to be some super enthusiasts that are used to sharing their fishing adventures with the public. I hope that others will enjoy watching it, because we certainly enjoyed doing the event, and i hope that it shows in the video. We had some cool guests that came and had dinner with us and told fishing stories from møn and lots of other places Maybe next year we will invite you and your friends so be ready! - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

20. Blue River Bad Boys - Back in the late 90's I worked as a part time fly-fishing guide for my friend, and bad ass angler Todd Andersen. We were total tailwater junkies back in the days when the fish were big and you had to have serious skills to even hook up. When Todd decided he wanted to shoot a video to promote his fly shop he called on yours truly. With our amateur film crew in tow we headed off to what was once the mighty Blue river in Silverthorne, Colorado and we slammed trophy fish one after the other. Sadly, the rivers of Colorado were crippled by a drought shortly there after and the rivers still, to this day, have barely recovered. The main food source needed to grow large trout is the small mysis shrimp and they have almost completely vanished. Even though the water levels have recovered, the river flows remain inexplicably erratic and low. I return to Colorado every year to fish and it breaks my heart that what were once great fisheries, are now a scant fraction of what they were. This video proves that with the proper care and the right leadership, our Colorado rivers can be the best in the world. I hope that every fisherman who watches this video is both delighted and infuriated. So, do your part and call the Division of Wildlife, Trout Unlimited and the Colorado Legislators for the mountain communities and demand action! - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher
