71. CDC Parachute Flies - During this fly tying tutorial, I show a simple technique used for tying parachute CDC flies. This is an effective method that utilizes a great material to use with parachute dry flies, especially for those difficult fish in pressured water. With a little practice, this technique can be applied to your emerger patterns, and I believe will ultimately lead to more fish. During this video, I referenced a website to learn more about CDC feathers; you can view the information here: http://globalflyfisher.com/tiebetter/... The dubbing loop tool that I used during this video was made by Stonfo, an Italian-based company. Information about this Rotodubbing Elite can be found at the following link: http://www.stonfo.it/site/product/611... Thanks for viewing this YouTube fly tying tutorial; feel free to leave questions/comments on this site, or email me: tcammisa@gmail.com - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

73. Headcase Crayfish - Here is my latest articulated streamer that I concocted to represent an adult crayfish. The fly comes in at around 3-3-1/2 inches and is what I would call a moderately weighted pattern that can be fished in a multitude of ways and with a floating or sinking line. So far she has racked up several species including northern pike, brown and rainbow trout, small and large mouth bass and even striped bass in the salt. Seconds for a great juvenile lobster pattern. Currently I tie it in the crayfish orange, olive/blue and tan colors but feel free to experiment.Cast: Richard StrolisTags: crayfish patterns, crayfish fly, juvenile lobster fly, fly fishing, flytying, trout flies, bass flies, pike flies, streamers and articulated streamers - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

76. Albacore Clouser Minnow - I don't recall reading much about fishing Clousers for Pacific Albacore. Why not? Personal experience taught me that our Albacore do indeed take these flies and I recommend that anyone who ventures out to the deep blue carry at least a few Clousers to toss at the beasties. Our offshore Oregon tuna will take Clousers when trolled, on the drop, and on a fast-strip retrieve. On occasion, they will also not take Clousers, just like they will ignore plenty of other flies. So as usual, fish your flies with a seasoned, reasoned confidence that acknowledges the possibility our finest offerings could be spurned. Or not.
