Sometimes we succeed but mostly it's a complete failure. It's a shame a client cancelled his trip on this day, so I fished in perfect conditions, and had a really great day. This was the toughest fight a Golden Trevally has ever put me through..... epic you might say. Such an epic battle and long fight, I will remember this day for a long time. The Black Spot Tusk Fish was in perfectly clear and calm water, I was very surprised the fly didn't spook him. Instead he came straight over and ate it!! Part 2 has a very epic fight from a 91cm Golden Trevally, you get to see the hook up, the fight, the capture and the release. All in crystal clear water. As requested, Go-So gloves, I prefer the palmless ones so i can feel the line and rod better. They are essential for the amount of time i'm out all day. Proven on the Henry's Fork, one of the most demanding trout fisheries in the country. The Last Chance Cripple series are great patterns for selective fish.
