41. Soft Hackle Pheasant Tail - The Soft Hackle Pheasant Tail is my favorite fly! It can be fished on tailwater and freestone rivers. The Soft Hackle Pheasant Tail imitates a variety of insects. Most people would say that it is a Mayfly Nymph, but it also imitates a small stonefly as well. The Soft Hackle Pheasant Tail is primarily a late spring and summer fly. This is when the mayflies are most active. It can be fished in a smaller size year around, even in the winter. - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

45. The Rising Sea Trout - Thanks to the people mentioned and especially thanks to the volunteers working with conserving the wild danish trouts in their natural waters. See my photo story about the rising seatrout: http://www.hoholtphoto.com/Therisingseatrout/ Although nearly all books about trout fishing tell us that sea trout aint eating in fresh water, that is far from the truth. Trouts dont read books, so they break our rules and sometimes amazing things happen: Some of those fish fix their sight to the surface to eat drifting mayflies, and those fish will rise for a fly fishermans dry fly. In the summer of 2014 a group of friends set out to spend their time along a few danish streams only to chase sea trout. Believing a curse will fall over them, if they try to catch a trout on heathen lures like wooly buggers and black zulus, they're only armed with dry flies like foam beetles and traditional may flies on thin tippets. This is the story of the young mens journey, running in to diffenrent obstacles on their way. Heatwave and no fish, strong winds making fly fishing nearly impossible and finally true love for trout. Beside from Denmarks small size, the streams and small rivers have some of the largest populations of sea run brown trout (sea trout) in europe. 46. Rusty Spinner (Hi-visibility) - In this tutorial, I go over the final stage of the mayfly, which is called the "spinner." Many of the natural mayflies turn a rusty color during this stage, hence a great pattern to have in your box is the rusty spinner. This is a great pattern, though I wanted to improve it by making a highly realistic body (out of goose biots) and a hi-visibility spot (foam). Feel free to share the types of materials you use for wings; there are many out there and it's great to share with one another. Featured in this tutorial are the D102BL dry fly hooks by Allen Fly Fishing; this is one of my favorite dry fly hooks and I recommend this and other patterns on it. You can find the hook at the following link: http://www.allenflyfishing.com/d102bl-dry-fly-wide-gape-barbless/ Thanks for viewing this fly tying tutorial; feel free to leave any questions / comments on this YouTube page, or you can email me: tcammisa@gmail.com - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

50. Blue-Winged Olive (BWO) Parachute - In this fly tying tutorial, I discuss and explain the steps for a Blue-Winged Olive parachute dry fly, known affectionately to many as the "BWO." This is a great all-around pattern that catches fish throughout the season; the Baetis is a bug that is common to so many of our trout streams and the fish react accordingly. I also discuss the notion of this insect being "masked" by other mayflies, such as the sulfur/sulphur. This is a common tie for a parachute dry fly, and I encourage you to check out some of my other parachute patterns via my YouTube page. Featured in this tutorial is a hook by Allen Fly Fishing ( http://www.allenflyfishing.com/d102bl-dry-fly-wide-gape-barbless/ ); this is an excellent dry fly hook for this and other patterns.
