41. Hit 'em Again Doc! - Nobody intended to make a sequel to Doc of the Drakes. It was a coincidence that Silver Creek Outfitters cameras even ended up on the water with Pete and Doc again this past summer. But the hyper-enthusiasm and sincere nature of SCO guide Pete Wood draws attention so easily. Equally engaging is Dr Robert Franklin, who at 85 had been on an incredible journey over the prior 6 months, persuading a panel of neurosurgeons to perform a rare brain stimulation procedure to treat debilitating symptoms he suffered from Parkinson's Disease. - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

42. Hooke Cascapedia River! - Cascapedia, a dream come true for Fred, Jeff and Hugo. In the past years, we wanted to fish the Grande Cascapedia. This river is one of the most coveted by salmon anglers from around the world because it hosts the largest Atlantic salmon in the world. It is in the Lake branches that we had the chance to fish with David Bishop. The water was rather low and warm weather conditions were therefore not ideal, but our friend and guide David still managed to show us that we must never give up. It was around 20h15 that David hooked up on a beautiful salmon. … 44. Calling Hogs - Spent this past Saturday on the Bitterroot with Matt Breuer and Blakely. Floating in the Breuer's skiff, we enjoyed the slightly seasonally warm temperatures, and to a lesser degree, the biting winds. While the float was a little hurried, we were able to stick some fish, including two solid rainbows who were both caught on streamers. Icing on the cake. - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

45. Fishing South Water Caye Belize - Video montage of a great week we spent in late 2011 staying at Pelican Beach Resort, South Water Caye in Belize. The fishing here is super accessible with tailing bones right in front of your private bungalow style accommodation, you could even see them from the comfort of your own bed. The large flat on the western side was loaded with mid sized Bonefish and my partner and 6 month old daughter could watch me roam the skinny waters from the comfort of the balcony. The Bones on this flat were pretty spooky and had obviously seen their share of fisherman in the past, that said however they rolled over for the right presentation. The reef front was also home to plenty of Snapper, Barracuda and Triggerfish. Wandering the Caye North would also no doubt uncover a Permit or too. While you could spend a week self guiding on foot from the comfort of your accommodation, local guides are also available to hit the numerous atolls in the area for Permit, Tarpon and more Bones. This place is the perfect family destination for the fishing fanatic who has to balance family and fishing! Best of all it is at a reasonable price! - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

46. ASP Streamer 2.0 - Aspius aspius, better know as ASP’s, are one hell of a fish to fish for. We love them! We’ve posted a nice pattern for ASP’s in the past. Now, I’ve come up with a new pattern. It’s easier to tie, and it catches a lot of fish! (off course also useful for other predators) - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

47. Frosty the Snowman - Started tying this oversized lightning bug/north fork hybrid this past fall and had some great results. Seemed to work well on aggressive fall brown trout. This fly can be tied up to size 10 and is meant to catch a fish's eye. Fish this fly deep with an upstream nymphing style or fish it on the swing. - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

49. The Little Things in Life - I suspect that life is about appreciating the small things in life. The small discoveries, the small explorations, the small & subtle moments. These little things add up to a life well lived. While they may only be relative to ourselves, sometimes sharing them simply adds to another person's life. This is another quick & imperfect edit of a moment Amelia was able to enjoy this past week. We had literally no expectation as we tip toed into a tiny tributary stream. It's moments like this one, or a fantail landing on your fly rod, or some other moment, that makes each little exploration so worthwhile. - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

50. FatBanger - Fatbanger is an articulated sculpin pattern. The fly doesn't really have an official name but is called what it is based on 2 flies I've done well on in the past. The bug as a whole looks a little like Kelly Galloup's (http://slideinn.com/blog/) Fathead and the body is similar to the Headbanger and Hogsnare designed by Rich Strolis (http://catching-shadows.blogspot.com/). I sort of merged the two and ended up with this. Materials are shown in the video. Music: Spitfire by Porter Robinson - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher
