61. Capercaillie Sculpin - Hook: Kamasan B840 or Partridge JS11 Thread: 8/0 UniThread, white Cone: Silver conehead in the appropriate size Tails: Partridge flank feather barbs Body: Austrailian Opossom, natural Body hackles: Partridge flank feather Front hackle: Capercaillie body feather One of my goto patterns for seatrout on the coasts and bays of Djursland, Denmark. Very easy fly to tie, that fishes well all year around. If you tie the fly to the tippet with a small rapala loop, the fly has an awesome motion in the water. Looks almost like a small sculpin. You can tie them in any size you'd like, but I prefer them large - large as in size 2 or larger. The best hooks for this kind of fly, in my opinion, are the hooks with a large hook gape. I find the TMC 811S and Mustad 34007 to have too small of a hook gape for this kind of pattern. I only used the capercaillie to make a fly that sticks out, and to the best of my knowledge, I don't think there's a saltwater pattern for seatrout that uses these feathers. You can use whatever front hackle you'd like or have available. - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

62. Simi Seal Leech - Leech patterns are favorites among stillwater fishing specialists, and this pattern tends to be a common "go-to" for many. The Simi Seal Leech, created by John Rohmer, is a great fly tying pattern for everyone due to its relative ease. Variations are absolutely possible and encouraged, hence one of the reasons I tie this pattern in white to represent minnows in local waters. The hook used in this tutorial is the Allen Fly Fishing S402BL, a great barbless hook that is 2xl, perfect for streamers and longer nymphs. They can be found online: http://www.allenflyfishing.com/n212bl-nymph-streamer-2xl-barbless/ Thanks for viewing this ly tying tutorial; feel free to leave comments and/or questions on this YouTube page or email me: tcammisa@gmail.com - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

63. Josh's White Lightning - In this fly tying tutorial, I feature a fly that was created by Josh Williams of Dead Drift Flies (http://www.deaddriftflies.com/). This pattern, Josh's White Lightning, is an attractor nymph that fishes well in a lot of water types, including slightly off-color. This is an easier pattern to tie, and I encourage you to vary it based on the fish in your area (color modifications would be the best to play around with). Featured in this fly tying tutorial are the N202 hooks by Allen Fly Fishing. I utilize these for a lot of patterns, including some hoppers, terrestrials, nymphs, and certain soft hackles. They can be found at the following link: http://www.allenflyfishing.com/n202-nymph-dry-fly/ Thanks for viewing this tutorial; please feel free to leave any comments/questions directly on this YouTube page, or you can email me: tcammisa@gmail.com - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

65. Holy Grail Nymph - During this fly tying tutorial for the Holy Grail nymph, I give a brief background on how I came across the pattern, followed by the materials and tying procedures. The Holy Grail, which I first came across on the Orvis website, is a no-nonsense pattern that can be utilized for both caddis and mayfly nymphs. It can easily be fished in a "dry-dropper" situation, and colors I recommend aside from this olive pattern include tan, brown, and black. If you decide to alter this pattern and find your variation more effective (or simply unique!), be sure to share in the comments section below. Featured in this fly tying tutorial are the N204BL hooks from Allen Fly Fishing; you can find these hooks and many others at the following link: http://www.allenflyfishing.com/n204bl-shrimp-caddis-scud-thin-wire-barbless/ Additionally featured in this fly tying tutorial is UNI-Mylar in the Holographic Chartreuse color. This material is another great one in the UNI line, and you can view information about their products at the following link: http://www.uniproducts.com Finally, this video featured the Stonfo Kaiman vise, which I have received a lot of comments about. I recommend this vise to all ranges of tyers, and you can find information regarding it at the following link: http://www.stonfo.it Thanks for viewing this YouTube fly tying tutorial on the Holy Grail Nymph; feel free to leave any comments/questions on this page, or email me: tcammisa@gmail.com - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

66. 5 Minute Sculpin - A quick and effective Sculpin pattern that works all year round The Sculpin is found on the danish coastline, varying in sizes from 2 cm. to 15 cm. This pattern is 7 cm long, combining the look of different species of the sculpin. Sea trout love sculpins, and the are often found as a primary food source for sea trout. Personally my fly box always holds a couple of sculpin patterns, this one seems to work just fine. Materials used: Hook: Tiemco 777 sp Butt: red ice dub Body: Ice dub copper, Hends long chenille Head: Futurefly dumbell eyes red. - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

67. Sparkle Minnow - Dustin is behind the vise tying one of his all-time favorite streamers; a variation of Coffey's Sparkle Minnow. It has been one of the most productive streamers in the Pacific Northwest or anywhere you like throwing big, flashy baitfish. This pattern has also proven its effectiveness on stillwaters. We've carried these flies in the shop before and they are absolutely deadly. This fly typically works on grey days, but it gets a lot of attention on sunny days as well. Either way, you should definitely include this pattern in your streamer arsenal. To capitalize on this pattern's effectiveness, you will need a dubbing brush tool. Today we're tying this fly in pearl and silver, but you can vary things up by trying gold and pearl, which is ideal for cutthroat. MATERIALS: • TMC #300 Streamer Hook - Size 2 • 1/4" Real Eyes in Nickle/Pearl • White & Gray Maribou • Tan UV Crystal Flash • Silver Ice Dub • Dubbing Brush Tool • .025 Lead Wire - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

68. Headcase Crayfish - Here is my latest articulated streamer that I concocted to represent an adult crayfish. The fly comes in at around 3-3-1/2 inches and is what I would call a moderately weighted pattern that can be fished in a multitude of ways and with a floating or sinking line. So far she has racked up several species including northern pike, brown and rainbow trout, small and large mouth bass and even striped bass in the salt. Seconds for a great juvenile lobster pattern. Currently I tie it in the crayfish orange, olive/blue and tan colors but feel free to experiment.Cast: Richard StrolisTags: crayfish patterns, crayfish fly, juvenile lobster fly, fly fishing, flytying, trout flies, bass flies, pike flies, streamers and articulated streamers - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher

69. CrawBody Crayfish - In this fly tying tutorial, I demonstrate the tying methods for a fly called the CrawBody Crayfish. Representing a favorite meal of both trout and smallmouth bass, the crayfish as a pattern is intended to be fished lower in the water column, and can be utilized in both streams and lakes. There are many variations that you can make to this intermediate pattern, thus feel free to experiment and determine what works best on your local waters. Featured in this tutorial are the S402/S402BL hooks by Allen Fly Fishing (http://www.allenflyfishing.com/s402-streamer-2xl/) these hooks are perfect for this style of pattern. Also of interest to today's fly tying world are the unique CrawBody forms used, created by Flymen Fishing Company (http://flymenfishingcompany.org/products/fish-skull-products/crawbody/) they make the tying of this fly extremely easy. 70. E/C Caddis (Emergent / Cripple) - During this fly tying tutorial, I tie the E/C Caddis (emergent / cripple) created by Ralph Cutter. This is a great pattern when fishing over pressured trout, especially in tailwater situations. On those waters, the cold temperatures can slow the emergence, making patterns like this one perfect imitations. Here are some great resources to learn more about this pattern and to see the color change during a caddis emergence: http://stevenojai.tripod.com/eccaddis.htm https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNHIdOYAhZc Featured in this tutorial are the D102BL dry fly hooks from Allen Fly Fishing; you can view those hooks and more at the following link: http://www.allenflyfishing.com/d102bl-dry-fly-wide-gape-barbless/ Thanks for viewing this YouTube fly tying tutorial, and I encourage you to view my additional videos at the following website: http://www.troutandfeather.com Feel free to leave any questions/comments on this YouTube page, or you can email me: tcammisa@gmail.com - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher
