This is dressed on one of the new Veniard hooks

March Brown Nymph
Hook: #12 Veniard Light Nymph
Silk: Pearsall hot orange.
Tail: Three cock pheasant fibres.
Rib: Fine gold wire.
Body: Pheasant tail fibres.
Thorax: Dark hare’s ear fur.
Hackle: Partridge.

A very traditional pattern.

I just realised, I have posted this before, och weel, never mind.

Good mornind Donald,
I even tied a few myself. I thought an American pattern recommended by a Scotsman might catch fish in Germany. Smile
So far the fishing in my club water has been marginal due to the late cold spell we had here.
Monday Tuesday it is going to be the salt in Denmark
