Hello,
I'll be visiting the Netherlands, around the Hellendoorn area, sometime in Feb. for work. I was hoping to get some fishing in while there and was wondering if anyone had any info about the area. Is it open to fishing, if so, what species? Any spots to try out? Thanks,

Hi Luke,
a quick first reply from a neighbouring country. Feb is difficult. If your unlucky everything is frozen (the Dutch are great speed skaters and that for a reason). It could even be that Northern Pike is in closed season.
