They aren't mine but my good friend Henning's. I think he bought them in one of the Danish shops Korsholm or Go Fishing. I can't find them in any of their web shops, so you might have to contact them directly.
Searching the web helped little. Ferrule and brush is a very common combination... for brushes - makeup, paint etc, but not easily found for fly rod accessories.
Maybe oversize pipe cleaners will do the job? I also found some by searching eBay for "big pipe cleaners". 4-6-10mm diameter would make a nice set for most rods. You typically get 20 or 30 for less than 5 USD. A small DIY-project maybe?
