You soon refine your roll cast technique here between the blackberries and the ti tree. 50 trout up to 2lb, for the day, all released. Most were brownies and caught on dry fly.

Fish habitat has improved since the landowners have left fallen trees and scrub along stream banks. Brown trout (and snakes) are now back in residence.
