My book obsession
Martin has always been very fond of books, and fly fishing books have almost become an obsession with him. In spite of having a pretty good stock of titles already, he still buys a bag full now and then.

Tie your best strike indicators!
Norwegian Geir Kjensmo has developed a strike indicator with the aim of reducing wind resistance and making easy depth adjustments. As a bonus with these indicators can be fished on very long leaders without the indicator stopping in the top ring of your rod when trying to land a fish.

Fishy photographer: Mark Lance
Mark Lance's wife caught a grand fish, and Mark took a snapshot with a mediocre point-n-shoot camera. He was so disappointed in the printed version of that photograph that he vowed to raise the bar.

Streamers
This book is touted mainly as an instructional guide to tying the various styles of classic freshwater streamers. The hardcover layout is nice and easy on the eyes, with large color photos. It begins with some groundwork for tying streamers.
