The first fish captured with my new camera and lens, a Canon EOS 30D mounted with a Canon EF-S 17-85 mm. f/4.0-5.6 IS USM. The fish weight is 1.800g.- captured in Sweden near Orrefors at 10:15 in the evening. The picture was taken in very poor light conditions, but the camera and Image Stabilizer lens performs well at ISO 1600 and slow shutter speeds.

My homemade 20 year old HARDY rod can still provide some nice fish. 2 x 2 kg and 1 x 1,5kg.
