THROAT	Golden Pheasant Tippet Fibers
WING	2 Teal Blue Saddle Hackles
VEILING	A thin strip of mallard flank dyed light green, then 3 or 4 strands of White Fluorescent Micro Fibre on each side of the wing.
TOPPING	Peacock Sword fibers curving downward over wing if possible
