I got a hold of Giancarlo and he uses something that resembles foam floats. He writes: "I use a high-density foam, which can be found in all colors in general fishing shops. I cut it into strips as needed. For greater clarity, I add a photo."
My guess is that it's a thin closed cell foam. I'll try to contact Giancarlo and hear.
What is the orange material in Donninelli's suspended orange worm? I wish that his videos were in English.
