Notes: Charlie designed this fly for Senator Kilkelly, while working for the Department of Inland Fish and Wildlife as the Volunteer Coordinator. Senator Kilkelly was a large contributor to the Hooked on Fishing-Not on Drugs program for children while serving as a State Senator. Researching records shows that The Senator Kilkelly fly is the first fly named after a State Senator.

Long story longer
The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
