Hook: Partridge CS15, #2
Thread: Wapsi UTC Ultra Thread 140 Denier White, Danville 6/0 Black & Orange
Tag: Tinsel, Silver
Body: Danville 4-Strand Floss, Orange
Rib: Tinsel, Silver
Underbelly: Bucktail, White
Throat: Schlappen, White
Underwing: Four to Six strands Peacock Herl
Wing: 2 Rooster Cape Hackles, Black flanked by 2 slightly shorter Green Hackles
Shoulder: Gadwall Flank Feather
Cheek: Jungle Cock
Head: Black with Orange Band

The Green Drake is another wonderful feather wing streamer created by Carrie Stevens. Similar to other patterns she created with the exception of the shoulders which are Gadwall flank on the Green Drake. If you do not have Gadwall you can substitute with Mallard Flank, Bronze Mallard, or Teal. Also a great fly to use one application of tinsel for the tag and the rib. Overall a fun fly to tie. -- Enjoy
