December is not the month to go fishing for sea trout if you have set your mind on catching anything, but I took another fruitless trip anyway and wound up skunked but with a last podcast for 2007 in the bag. Just thinking out loud -- back on the year that passed and ahead on what will come.

Images for this day's podcast
Sun at noon - It\'s barely above the horizon
Sun at noon
A little spot - Right there -- next to the old pier -- is my little favorite spot on this stretch
A little spot
Caged - My dog Divus looking less happy than he is in his cage in the back of the car
Comorants escaping - As I apporach
Comorants escaping
Food! - For fish that is - and there isn\'t much...
Frothy - The fish might be there, but this was too rough for my taste
Not here - Onshore winds and waves. Not really fly fishing water
Not here

A little more on winter fishing

I had the same issue when I looked. I now fixed a few character set glitches, and it seems to work in the store AND the subscription section.

Let me know whether it's OK in your end too,

Thanks for the response. I have no problem when looking at the entry for glbalflyfisher in the iTunes store. The problem that I am experiencing is in my subscribed-to podcasts in the podcasts section of my iTunes library. It cannot seem to update there anymore. I have removed it and resubscribed to it, but the problem persists. I greatly enjoy this podcast!

Chris and others,

We're having some server problems right now... the may effect the feeds and when iTunes reads a faulty feed it seems like it takes some time before it reestablishes the correct feed. I see it fine in iTunes right now and can download and listen to the podcasts.

If this problem persists, please let me know.

Why is it that the podcast no longer seems to work via subscription in iTunes? I just get an exclamation point by the podcast and it can no longer find the episodes.
