I tied some of these up, went fishing on the South Fork of the Snake River south of Jackson Hole, Wy and caught quite a few fish in an afternoon. Nice pattern.

Jay - actually it was a bamboo rod made by a friend from Naples. Great Rods with a flamed finish. Medium fast action - it's a 4/5 weight but I was fishing with a 3 weight silk line.

It was a bamboo rod!!! I didn't use the shimano that day Kasper! It's actuall y a rod manufactured by an Italian artisan. Great rod!!

I have read a lot on flytying and have never read it so plainly as well as illustrated as well as you've done. Thank you.
Wow, that was a beautifull reports! And the pictures of those "red dots"...brought back tons of memories of the little rivers I used to fish when I was younger, in Italy.
Thanks for the beautiful piece.

Hi, I need to get two pairs of silk gloves. Do you know were I can find them? Please let me
know.
Thanks, Dave
Hello everybody,
Yes! I have my new saltwater #8 rod.
I have bought the Sage Launch. It casts very very nice and it's very nice made.
The Sage cast a lot better than my old Orvis Deschutes #7.
Thanks for all your posts.
Bye,
Lino
Martin,
I am looking forward to your article about Fly boxes.
I've been looking around to buy a nice streamer/saltwater/sea trout fly box but so far I can't find the right one.
Lino
Hi,
Thank you very much for the feedback and thank you very much for all the nice and cool articles on the GFF website.

Finally got the chance to try out these little blue Chroni's today on Bellos lake. Although the weather was a little off and on all day, overall it was good fishing. I caught a number of rainbows that topped out at around 20 inch. The largest on the blue chroni's was about 14 inch.
Bandi,
I wonder what you mean... respect? In what way is using a foam and plastic fly being disrespectful to the fish?
Garbage? Yes indeed! And I'm proud of it...
Simple, cheap and efficient? Yep!
Disrespectful? Not more than a couple of bags of flash or feathers from half a chicken on a hook if you ask me.

I was stung at sandbanks and it caned like hell
i had 2 sit on a sink in 43C temp - IT HURT!
Guys, don't you respect animals? What is this? Garbage-world!
Innovative of course, but...
[quote:8a586d966b="frank boggie"]I refer to my earlier posting of 16th july 2006 and would like to wholeheartedly thank Paul Joergensen for putting me on a successfull path in obtaining the drag plate washers for my reel.
Frank,
You are more than welcome. Glad you found what you needed. And it's Martin Joergensen, not Paul by the way.

Lino,
very nice. They look exactly they way they should. Obviously you found a way to control the epoxy.
Kasper Mühlbach
Lino,
Excellent results with the epoxy. I'm sure the fish will try to trash your flies, but not succeed... ;-)
Martin
Hi guys,
I've bought Z-poxy, 5 minutes setting and i thought let's give it a try.
The article about the epoxy miracle gave enough information how to tie the fly.
I took some photo's of my little creations :)
These flies will be used as little bait fish to catch North Sea mackerel and sea bass.
1st fly is with blue

Leo,
I'm sure the stamps are not for sale. Bas, who wrote this article years ago, will probably hang on to what he has - if he still has the stamps and the frames.
