Alpine Trout

Click Here To Subscribe to the Catch Magazine YouTube Channel ►http://goo.gl/9Z5dTu It was a tough battle to say the least. We got it all from snow, rain, hail and even a little bit of sunshine. As this is the *TRAILER*, the full feature of Alpine Trout is included in the current edition of Catch Magazine's 52nd edition.

This production goes out to all the OLD SCHOOL Catch Magazine supporters who have been with us since the very beginning. Thank you so much for your support of Catch all these years! Those of you who remember Issue #6 of July 2009 will recall "Alpine Bass", which quickly became a favorite and has been viewed more than 1.6 million times on the Catch Magazine YouTube channel since 2009.

Eight years later, and still with that phenomenal experience in our memories, Brian O’Keefe and I set out on another alpine fly fishing adventure. This time we were in search of trout. We fired up my old Honda Trail 110 and hit the hills for a wild adventure through mud, wind, rain and snow through some high alpine lakes in Eastern Oregon. Brian riding the motorbike and fly fishing from a float tube, and I on my camera and filming via aerial copter, we battled the elements once again....catching big rainbow trout in the Oregon high country. Please check out the full feature here -www.CatchMagazine.net and a big special thanks to Smith Optics, Winston Fly Rods and Eddie Bauer for their continued support of my work in Catch Magazine.

Long story short

Support the Global FlyFisher through Patreon or Ko-fi. Both offer PayPal payments.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
