Milkfish - Milkfish are one of those fish that you have to catch on fly. A few years ago we discovered a worm hatch that had the Milkfish and Permit taking them off the surface, since then we have had several trip were lots of Milkfish and other fish have been caught during this hatch. Milkfish

Ron,

I'm almost 100% sure that the worm you see in the video is a real worm, not a fly. That's probably why it's so realistic. I see no artificial flies in the video at all.

I would like the pattern for the worm fly that was used in the Milkfish video if at all possible. It looked extremely realistic and I think the striped bass here in the NE would love to see it. Ron
