I suppose it must be a salmon/steelhead fly as it is dressed on a #2 double?
A very nice fly.
Whoops !! I just had a look at the hook on Mustad, it is a long shank lure hook.

This streamer, when wet, resembles a rainbow smelt very closely. Most of the Adk lakes in the area have a decent population of these gems. Any predatory fish that feeds on smelt cannot tell the difference
