Instruction: 
  1. Start the thread in the rear of the tube allowing a third of the tube to be free of materials
  2. Tie in a black hackle and wind it three times
  3. Tie down and trim excess
  4. Dub half of the remaining body
  5. Tie in a second black hackle and wind it three times
  6. Tie down and trim excess
  7. Dub the remaining body leaving space for hackle and head
  8. Tie in a blue hackle and wind it three times
  9. Tie down and trim excess
  10. Form a head, whip finish and varnish
