This is Clumber's Fancy in the Devon section of Roger Woolley's book "Modern Trout Fly Dressing"

Hook: Size 0-1 today are size 14 or 15
Body - peacock quill from the eye ribbed with flat gold
Hackle and Whisks - Furnace cock

Here I tie is where the hackle is wrapped by the butt of the feather like most modern dry flies today.
