Deer Creek Caddis Larva - Caddis are found in almost every trout stream. Just turn over some rocks and you'll find the little worm like larva. Since they live on the bottom you need to get the fly to the bottom. Adding weight to the hook is much better then adding it to your tippet. With all the modern materials available it is easy to create a very lifelike imitation. Deer Creek provides one of these modern materials. I feel it is a great product at a very reasonable price. - fly fishing video channel - Global FlyFisher
