Morris Mouse

No comments yet

For all sorts of predators a school of baitfish or perhaps a splashing mouse can really attract the attention of big trouts, pike and other hungry predators. The Morrish Mouse is a great example of creating a atttractive top-water fly to imitate a swimming mouse, in a pretty simple form. It's basically three materials, and can take a little bit of time to tie, but it's not necessarily a difficult pattern with a bit of practice. Originally by Ken Morrish but in this video our very own Steve Silverio will be demonstrating the Morris Mouse in a tube-version.

The GFF money box

… I have a small favor to ask.

Long story short

Support the Global FlyFisher through several different channels, including PayPal.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
