This is in some ways a CDC version of the Piggyback. Here a "parasol" emerger that rides very close to the "float".

Hook: standard straight shank hook size to match your needs
Tail: cock hackle fibers short; color to match your goal
Body: CDC feather again color your choice
Thorax: hare's ear
Wing: parasol made from 7X nylon tippet and cdc. I prefer a puff. This should be tied in very close to the shank.
