
After a bad autumn with constant downpour, Bard and Lars badly needs a little encouragement. Bard gets wind of a forgotten relative from Skien who has emigrated to trout paradise New Zealand. After the longest flight Bard and second cousin Tone are there, and Lars feels placed on the sideline. But when the boys suddenly come face to face with the dreaded Maori tribe, Lars' degree in social anthropology comes into its own.
