Sea trout flies

Hi This week I bought some new dubbing, Arizona Seal Dubbing in many colors. The Golden Shiner color was really nice and that resulted in this shrimp pattern.

This shrimp pattern is a fly from danish flyfisher, flytyer and owner of the danish shop Nordic Anglers Daniel D. Holm.

A small sand colored shrimp and close to the real thing imo. Chose a small hook and was aiming for a small sea trout snack. Hope I succeeded.

As you probably noticed I’m trying new editing programs and it is trial and error, so sry for the mistakes I made in this one.

Few things can make the trout along the Scandinavian coasts as selective as when the large swarms of ragworms appear when the water get warmer after the cold winter.

Check it out and don’t be without it.

Here we will be tying the fly Kobberbassen originally from Denmark but has spread around a lot the last years and become a very successful pattern for seatrout mostly.

Spring is here and soon the sandeel will be here also. Therefore it’s good to have a sandeel pattern in your box. This one is lifelike and very durable. Check it out and find many other tutorials.
