A versatile streamer with a huge number of fine sea trout on its conscience. The Vaskebjørn (raccoon) is a fly that was originally invented by a Norwegian fly tyer named Christian Schanche, and another Norwegian fly tyer, Eivind Berulfsen, further developed the fly into the raccoon that exists today. The fly is weight-loaded in the middle of the hook, and is thus super suitable for fast fishing, or when the sea trout go deep. A fly you should definitely always have a bunch of in your fly box when the search is set for sea run brown trouts in coastal areas
