Simple Nayat Baitfish

A good-looking baitfish imitation does not have to be super-realistic, complicated to tie or consist of expensive and hard-to-find materials in order to tempt predatory fish - often it is the shape and movement that create the realistic image of a fleeing baitfish that can trigger even the most discerning predatory fish. The use of the long and soft nayat hair has become very popular in recent years for particularly large transparent baitfish-patterns, and we had the skilled predator fly fisherman and fly tyer Sander Zuidinga in the studio to tie his simple but highly effective Simple Nayat Baitfish - uncomplicated, durable and the completely proper shape is the key words in this pattern.

Long story short

Support the Global FlyFisher through several different channels, including PayPal.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
