Black Ghost Zonker

Here we will be tying the fly Black Ghost by mr. Herbert Welch. This time I'll be tying the Ghost in a zonker version. The Black Ghost is 100% my favourite streamer pattern and the fly is an excellent option for both stream and lake fishing. The fly catches both brown trout, seatrout an even salmon. It's not too complicated to tie one and totally worth keeping a few in your box when you go fishing. The Black Ghost is my Go-to fly and has been for decades and will be in future.

The GFF money box

… I have a small favor to ask.

Long story short

Support the Global FlyFisher through several different channels, including PayPal.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
