Bucktail Hopper
This fly was made with multiple colors of Buck Tail. The Hackle was from a Whiting 3B Rooster cape in Variant. The eyes are a gold holographic 7/32 inch. Usually Buck tail flies are floating flies but with a little weight they can be used as a wet fly. I have found that Bass and Pike love these flies either floating or wet. If used as a wet fly I can add weight to the line of a "spin" rod and get the same results. I will be loading this fly on the You Tube with both the swim test and the tying video.
