Catskill Get Around fly is built on a size 4 bait hook with the barbs mashed down. Body is made from medium black Cactus Chenille. The thread is black 6/0. Tail wings come from the Whiting Farm's 4 B Rooster Cape color variant. The wings are from the Mallard duck. I used red 1/4" holographic eyes and finished the head with Loons UV thin head cement.
