This fly is called the "...
This fly is called the "Puff Fly." It is built on a size 12 bait hook. The tail is a small white feather taken from underneath of the wing of the Mallard Duck. The thread is black 6/0. The over wing is a grey Guinea feather that acts like Marabou but has white spots at the end of each fiber. I used a medium gold bead and 15 turns of .015 lead wire from the front of the hook turning backwards.
