Originated by: Don Ordes
Hook: Partridge CS15
Thread: White 8/0
Tail: Peacock body feather
Tip: Ice dubbing light olive
Tag: Peacock herl
Body: Pearl tinsel
Rib: 3 strands peacock herl rope dubbed over a mono core
Belly: Green then blue then yellow polar bear
Throat: Blue polar bear tied short
Wing: 2 yellow hackles flanked by ginger hackle, flanked by chartreuse hackles flanked by Blue hackles flanked by olive hackles
Shoulder: Blue peacock breast then peacock body feather
Head: Red
Notes: This beefy 10 hackle wing streamer from Don is an adaptation of his favorite saltwater baitfish colors to a classic streamer style. The flash body and blue-green wings are keys to triggering strikes, so aggressive freshwater fish should also find it appealing. Don uses his Wing-Things system to arrange and match the wings for his creations. It works well, because this wing has a wonderful look t it and the 5 colors used flow together seamlessly.

I am new to streamers and your wing thing system is brilliant. So is your fly. Thanks for sharing both.
