Notes: The Hunting MacLeod is a part of a four fly series that uses Scottish tartans are the basis for the colors of the streamers. The idea was spawned one evening while Scott was on shift with U.S. Customs on the Alaska / Yukon border on the Alaska highway. It was a slow night, and it came to realization that the four men on duty were each representing a different clan. The Hunting MacLeod fly takes it's colour cues from the Green MacLeod tartan, a green, black and blue tartan, with red and yellow lines also known as the MacLeod hunting tartan. There are also several other tartans assosiated with the clan including the loud MacLeod, a bright yellow and black
