This 7cm long Australian Cicada has hatched early this year. Just a few insects can create a deafening song on a hot Summer evening. Large trout cannot resist this easy meal.

Yes Doug, it is a beautiful insect but I cannot help you with a pattern. It is a similar size to the mouse patterns used in New Zealand.
