Please notice: LeaderCalc hasn't been optimized for small screens. Turning some devices horizontally might make it easier to use, but using a suitably large screen is the best solution.

Leaders with two tapers - thin-thick-thin. Good for windy conditions and longer casts.

  • Stanton Hector's Double Taper

    3 variations
    • These ultralight, tapered leaders consist of two sections: leader and tapered tippet. The first four sections can end in a perfection loop, to which the last three are added. Leaders are all tied with Maxima Ultra Green monofilament. You can shorten the three tippet sections for windy conditions.
