Originated by: Bill Chandler
Hook: Edgar Sealey and Sons 1797B 1/0
Thread: Black
Body: Green flat tinsel
Belly: Peacock herl then white bucktail
Under-shoulder: Red and purple schlappen fibers
Throat: Red and purple schlappen fibers
Wing: 2 mot mot dyed hackle flanked by black hackle
Shoulder: Kenya Guinea fowl
Eyes: Jungle cock
Notes: The arrival of the Feathers MC 'Funky Feathers' line has given new inspiration to many streamer tyers, and given way to a whole new breed of streamers. The Kenyan Guinea fowl shoulder is a nice touch on this bruiser. Lots of banged up blues and purples and a shiner of a body with the green tinsel.

Long story longer
The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.

Beautiful, Bill! Love the Kenya Guinea shoulder and the contrast of blue wing to green body. Very nice.
