Tail: Blue peacock body feather fibers
Body: Silver flat tinsel
Rib: Silver oval tinsel
Belly: White bucktail then a golden pheasant crest sweeping upwards as long as the bucktail
Throat: Blue peacock body feather fibers
Underwing: 4-6 peacock herls
Wings: 2 yellow hackles flanked by grizzly dyed red-orange hackle
Shoulders: Bronze mallard
Eye: Jungle cock spears
Head: Black

Notes: Tony tied his creation based on the classic Atlantic salmon fly of the same name. The fly dates back to the 1800's and the name was taken from a place in the Scottish countryside. The fly was designed to fish the famous waters of the Helmsdale River and in it's height of popularity was included in Hardy's top 12 salmon patterns. Given it's color scheme, the streamer is an excellent producing fly when used as an attractor smelt trolling pattern.
