Let's not have everyone get excited at once, but believe it or not, it's a Woolly Bugger. I added a few variations to the fly, including a multi-colored tail and a squirrel collar. This bugger pattern is tied on an AFF S403 (down-eye, 3x --long, round-bend streamer/nymph hook) www.allenflyfishing.com. The most impressive part of this fly is how it moves under water. The squirrel collar moves and pulsates more than any other material I've every tied with. I fish this fly year round but I have the most success during the spring and fall when the rainbows and browns are spawning.
