He was nice enough to let me use one of his kayaks and it was really fun! I caught so many fish it was silly! Including one very nice one that drug me around the river a little bit. It was a hot day, but getting into the water really helped and drinking cold water as well! Make sure you bring yourself lots of water if you go! It is easy to get dehydrated out in the summer.
As for my setups, I used my risen rods exclusively to really test them out. All in all I think they did amazingly! I will make a full review soon on these setups discussing what my recommended use and exactly how they performed. My reviews are always very detailed and I discuss the pros and cons of each item I review. However I don’t think there will be many cons in all honesty because for the price range, they are the best setups I’ve ever owned! Totally worth the money and more.
