Chasing Brookies

As Boone weather begins to warm up we are getting out and exploring the wild streams again. Hayden Cheek and I (Scottie) went out to fish a local stream in Boone and we used the Blue Line Leader from Appalachian Furled Leader Co. I have used this leader for over a year now and absolutely love it. For one, I don't have to spend a fortune on the usual 3 pack tapered leaders, I just buy one leader and add tippet to it. another thing I love about it is how short it is, this leader is designed specifically for shorter rods and small streams so on these small streams it kills it!

Long story short

Support the Global FlyFisher through several different channels, including PayPal.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
