Fly Fishing Oman, Arabian Bream

Hunting early season Arabian bream on Oman’s rugged al Wusta coast is sight casting at its finest. Knowing where to look and how to see these fish is the first step. Unlike the larger females which tend to saunter or just hang, these males zip in and out of the shallow surf very quickly, so often, you have just seconds to make the cast and get a small crab or shrimp pattern within their field of vision without spooking them. Good fun!

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
