Tony Torrence demonstrates how to tie one of our favorite dry fly Steelhead Skater patterns. This pattern is similar to guide Tony Wratney's Foam Dome of North Umpqua Fame. The pattern is tied on a lighter wire up eye steelhead style hook and stays on the surface under tension really well.
