In this episode of Tie TV, Daniel "Mr. Beard" Bergman from Fly-Dressing shows us how to tie a "Jiggy Fly" - a heavily weighted hook point-up streamer designed to be fished close to the bottom. It's a super effective fly and works excellent for both sea trout and perch fly fishing.
